There’s a good reason why so many of our customers have been with us since we began extruding in the UK in 1986.

Whoever you speak to, whether it’s your dedicated Business Development Manager, or someone in Customer Services, Technical or one of our drivers, you will be met with a willing, can-do it attitude.

We call it our ‘VEKA Spirit’, which in a nutshell is a culture of going the extra mile to make things happen – whether it’s in our job description or not. Our brand is built on a heritage of trust, efficiency and commitment. We don’t make promises we can’t keep and we recognise that mistakes are made – but we always learn from them. We have our own fleet of vehicles and we deliver on dedicated days, to keep steady control of your order from start to finish.

We are very proud of our ‘on time in full’ performance, averaging out this year at 99.29% – but still a figure we can improve on.

We believe that to create something incredible, you must have the patience to focus on the small details. On the face of it, our products can appear relatively simple but to achieve this simplicity has taken a great deal of thought and consideration.

From our systems comes immense choice – but intelligent choice. From these you can offer a portfolio of products for residential, commercial or public sector projects, products that are in high demand. In developing our Variations colour
range, we not only focused on getting the colour and texture of every foil just right, we also looked at how we could deliver you the products you need, on a lead time that works for your business.

It’s only a small detail – but one that means we carry the largest UK stock holding – £9 million worth covering 4000 SKUs. Picture that.

We’ll help you win the job, with commercial lead generation and marketing and if you want to step it up a level, you can join our Independent Network programme that connect fabricators and installers, and gives them unrivalled benefits.

We also have four Technical Service Engineers, ready to hit the road at all times to solve any problem on-site. Not just problem solvers, they will proactively visit to give you advice and training. Also our in-house Technical support team is only at the end of a phone call or email. They can assist with CAD design, as well as BIM, prototyping and wind load or energy calculations.
