Job description

Working within the Partner Programme Dept, supporting its 2 membership offers to VEKA installers & Fabricators.

Responsibilities

Membership Communication

  • Assist assigned IN Members ensuring compliance with their administration
  • Promote IN member benefits ensuring member engagement -by phone, email, and video call

 

Membership Administration

  • General administration housekeeping, database updates, incoming / outgoing postal communications
  • Day to day homeowner incoming & outgoing telephone/email communications ensuring excellent customer service
  • To input member/consumer information/data into the IN database

 

Consumer Claims against the Guarantee

  • Processing the claim within the IN guidelines
  • Liaising with the homeowner and installer to reach a satisfactory conclusion
  • Liaising with the Technical Support Manager to support tracking of claims via the IN Database
  • Updating internal databases and monthly reporting

 

Consumer Complaints

  • Processing the complaint within the IN guidelines
  • Liaising with the homeowner and installer to reach a satisfactory conclusion
  • Liaising with the Technical Support Manager to support tracking of complaints via the IN Database
  • Updating internal databases and monthly reporting

 

Digital Communications

  • Supporting digital activity via Facebook, LinkedIn

 

Daily Duties will include:

  • Maintaining the IN member database
  • Incoming and outgoing calls to members, homeowners, and other departments within VEKA
  • Monitoring registered claims and concerns
  • Regular member updates via phone, email, and video calls
  • Monitoring of social media activity
  • General administration duties

Skills/experience required

  • Strength using a variety of programmes:
  • Experience of using Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, Databases (Lotus Notes & others) etc.
  • Quick to learn new systems and processes.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and reporting capability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Policy aware and process driven
  • Excellent customer service skills or verbal and written
